This standard is compiled in accordance with the rules given in the national standard GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard incorporates the original industry product standard JG 163-2004 "Rolled Straight Threaded Reinforcement Joints" and JG 171-2005 "Upsetting Straight Threaded Reinforced Joints" and the original engineering technology industry standard JGJ 108-96 "Ribbed Rebar Sleeves" Necessary modifications have been made to the sleeve requirements, test methods and inspection rules in the "Technical Regulations for Extrusion Connections" and JGJ 109-96 "Technical Regulations for Reinforced Taper and Thread Joints".
